  • UCPSA Program Managers select one Direct Care Worker (DCW) whose work and efforts excelled throughout the month.
  • This employee’s certificate is proudly displayed in the reception area for the month, and the employee receives a $50.00 bonus.

Travel Time and Mileage Compensation:

  • Employees are automatically paid minimum wage for any travel time on shifts with different clients scheduled less than one hour apart.

Giving New Meaning to Neighborly

United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Arizona (UCPSA) recognizes that sometimes the best choice for families caring for a loved one is to call upon a trusted friend, neighbor, or family member to provide caregiving services. UCPSA is the agency of choice for family caregivers. We have streamlined the training and hiring process for family caregivers, enabling them to increase or enhance their caregiving skills while gaining a new network of support in our team of UCPSA professionals.
