United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Arizona (UCPSA) is a local non-profit with an ongoing need for caring and compassionate staff members able provide non-medical, in-home supports to the elderly and people with all types of disabilities.

At UCPSA, our mission is to provide a level of care that enables individuals to maintain independence in their own home or community. Additionally, UCPSA has specialty departments:

• ASCEND is a program that offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism.
• WorkAbility is a program that provides individualized training and employment for people with disabilities.

We offer flexible schedules, full- and part-time positions and have positions available all over Tucson and the surrounding areas. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have the ability to obtain a Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
